This is one of those coffee shops that put half a shot espresso in your short coffee, so that you are basicly drinking milk. When enqyuring why it is so weak, I was told because it is a café breve and I should buy a second shot. A short coffee should not need a second shot. And I deink cafe breve from my local Seattle every week. I have never had to buy a second shot. When I aaked barista to taste coffee she said ahe could not as she does not drink milk. Seattle franchise shoudl follow up on this outlet. My husbands america was 100% fine. Complete refusal to try and fix my coffee. Ps* this was my free coffee on my hard, was this perhaps why?!

Nikki, Ruben, Sydney and the Seattle team (did not get the names) as well as the kitchen staff, Thank you for great service and very tasty food. There is not a fresh stop that I know that has better staff and service than you guys. Your bosses can be proud of your team!!! Well done.
