I’ve been coming here for years, but today’s experience ensured I won’t be returning. Emma barely acknowledged me, took an unusually long time to assist me, and then refused service because of an allergy that I have safely managed for years. My explanation was dismissed, despite receiving this same service here many times before without issue. Turning away every guest with an allergy, regardless of how it is managed, is concerning. The interaction felt ignorant and uninformed. It was also difficult to watch Emma be warm and welcoming to other guests while treating me differently, which made the experience feel discriminatory. After years of being a loyal customer, I expected better and I will advise anyone I’ve recommended to no longer support this establishment. Service: 1

I really enjoy Loop. I have visited twice now and the food and drinks are amazing. Atmosphere is warm and inviting, the only thing: the music is insanely loud. That is literally the only downside, it's still 5/5 for me and I will keep returning. Consider opening one in closer to Albany and you'll have me there daily. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: All of their toasts are vegetarian and delicious.
