The customer service I received from Mel in the bakery on sat May 23rd , 2026 was beyond horrendous. I received a text at 6:42 advising the printer was down and I would be unable to get my photo cupcakes for my daughter’s kindergarten graduation party. Instead of attempting to resolve it and contact another store, I was threatened with my Order being canceled. Which is completely unacceptable. I will say that Steve, the store manager did try to rectify the situation. I let him know. I would be leaving a one star with you because that level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I will not purchase another cake from Fry’s because of this experience.

The outside teller is a acting cop posing as a frys gas attendant. Sitting in the booth telling people they have to do this just because she has to. She should be working in pharmacy. Very angry telling people she is a indenginous but acting for something else. I dont understand the language.

Today, the representative from customer service was Patricia. I requested 25 one-dollar bills. Without any inquiries, she promptly opened her cash register and provided me with the requested amount. She was cheerful and truly enjoyable to converse with. Thank you, Fry's Food and Drug store, for employing such a delightful and exceptional staff member like Patricia.
