Посетите Jewish Museum of Australia, а потом загляните в этот ресторан. Зайдите в Fujitei и откройте для себя меню японской кухни. Обязательно возьмите здесь аппетитные сашими из лосося, суши с лососем и черную треску. В этом месте можно попробовать хорошее мороженое с кунжутом и неплохую панна-котту. Непременно закажите тут вкусный виски. Из напитков здесь стоит попробовать хороший зеленый чай со льдом или неплохой маття.

Cannot not recommend avoiding this place enough; this has been the first time in my life I've had to consciously recommend to friends avoid dining at an establishment. Overall, the quality of the food is good, with the portion sizes vs price being somewhat excessive. The service, however, is by far the worst I've experienced in my life. Meals were given in no particular order with extreme wait times between, with one member of our table waiting 2 hours for their first meal. Many of the patrons were visibly irritated by the combination of wait times and poor service, and were seemly ignored by the waiter with numerous people having to get up and 'chase' the waiter inorder to make requests. This is exemplified by the fact that we waited 30 minutes for out table to recieve menus. As someone who worked in hospitality for around 10 years at numerous different venues I understand that this is likley in part due to understaffing. However, seeing as many others have had similar complaints it seems that this is a recurring issue understood by the owner whom chooses to ignore it to maximize profits. Quite frankly if they halved the number of diners in on each given night I belive the service wouldn't be completely disgraceful. We had our drinks forgotten on more then one occasion and saw another table to out left leave before receiving their meal (of which seemed to be the best idea given the 2hours and 30minutes we waited for 5 dishes. The fact that is establishment has a 4+ star rating is astounding and I would assume that many of the reviews are dissengenuious based on the fact that 80+% of the people around us appeared displeased with their service. Seriously can't reiterate how mediocre fujitei is and could not recommend to anyone. An absolute waste of a beautiful opportunity.

Waiters are rude and unreliable. Had to wait 2.5 hours for our food.

Really delicious lunch! Fuji Tei has a lovely tranquil atmosphere and great food!
