The steak and eggs and coffee cream French toast were sooo good! The steak was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly to medium rare. The omelet was rolled perfectly, buttery soft with just the right amount of ham inside. Sava gave great service as well. We really enjoyed our breakfast here. Only complaint is that the drip coffee was the most bland coffee we ever had. It just tasted too watery. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was attending the con there and decided to purchase a pack of Pokémon cards. On my way out I ripped the pack at the table and pulled a big hit! I held it up and everyone cheered! I then walked out of the con into the elevators with the card in my hand. While admiring it on the ride down the doors opened to let new people on and the gust of wind that shot into the elevator knocked the card out of my hand. I watched in, what felt like, slow-mo as it slid across the floor and fell down the side of the elevator into the elevator shaft. Lost to the bottom, never to be seen again. I came out distraught, but knew there was no hope. My friend and I were close to the restaurant and she decided to tell the manager, Sarah, and another employee what was happening. They did not want me to be disappointed with my loss at all and told me that they would try to find the card. I told them to not go out of their way because I didn’t want to bother them with it. And honestly falling down into an elevator shaft I thought it was a lost cause . They then told me that engineering comes through from time to time and they would have them look for it when they did. I had zero hope of this card ever being found. I get a phone call Monday afternoon that they have found the card! I am at a loss for words and I’m beyond ecstatic so I drive up there the next morning to get it. I was fearful what condition it might be in because not everybody knows how to treat cards properly when collecting them. Not only was it in perfect condition and somehow survived without a scratch down an elevator shaft, but they had also put it in their own homemade sleeve to give it back to me!! These people are heroes. They showed the power of people and how amazing that is. Little did they know that I lost everything during a tragic time. I lost almost everything I owned including my Pokémon card collection. This was my friend, taking me out to treat me to see some things, and this was a big hit that I pulled as a treat. My heart was broken when I thought I could finally have a good card back in my life, and it was taken away They were able to give joy back to me and that means so much thank you to everyone there!! You are loved and wonderful people!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very nice and recommend place Fulton restaurant at the Fairmont Austin. Treated with lots of respect. Ozzy made sure that drinks and food were perfect. Definitely recommended and will come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
