We had such an incredible experience at Füm and cannot recommend it enough. Despite running over 20 minutes late due to bad weather and traffic, the team was so accommodating and seamlessly moved us to the next reservation without any hassle or questions asked. That level of hospitality immediately set the tone for the evening. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by warm, friendly faces. Our server, Russell, truly personalized our dining experience and made our anniversary feel extra special. Michaela, the manager, was also such a welcoming and friendly presence throughout the night. We also had the pleasure of working with Josh, the sommelier, who helped us select an amazing bottle of wine that perfectly fit our taste and budget. The food was exceptional. We ordered the tuna, carpaccio, lobster and snap pea pasta, and the dry-aged ribeye — and every single dish was unique, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The ribeye, in particular, was cooked perfectly medium rare. Another awesome touch was the vinyl DJ, which really helped curate the atmosphere and elevated the entire vibe of the evening. It made the experience feel even more unique and memorable. What stood out most was the service — it was truly above and beyond, which can be hard to find these days. Füm delivered an elevated dining experience with outstanding food, exceptional hospitality, a fantastic beverage program, and an atmosphere that felt thoughtful from start to finish. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable night out. Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very good service by Damani. We loved the tuna carpaccio, caramelized onion ravioli and the Bone-in pork chop, for dessert the pistachio gelato. Super good vibe with live dj. Will be coming back Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great experience and food! No resy, 6pm @ the bar on a Saturday in May 2026. No issue being seated at the full service bar. Was offered the option of a dining table but passed. Makayla and Sudo provided great service at the bar. Service was amazing between the two of them. And Dinner was delicious. Favorite dish of the night was... all of it. Each dish delicious and unique in its own way. A variety of dishes from each course option gave great introspect into the menu. Would recommend each dish I tried. Only dish I didn't try that caught my eye was the oxtail pasta but per MaKayla the lobster was a good balance in my other selections and her recommendation didn't disappoint. Dishes: bone morrow butter, prawns, lobster pasta, pork chop I loved seeing the chef make home made pasta behind the glass/ DJ booth. And can appreciate the locally sourced ingredients. Ambiance was nice. Fairly quiet for 6pm on a Saturday but the DJ Booth lets me know it gets poppin'. Hopefully next time I'll experience a different vibe. Also tried a cocktail and wine. Both were delicious. Just don't ask me which ones I had (I don't remember.... it was purple & foamy- cocktail, and the white wine). Note, all their wines all Italian' All in All, for it to be listed on the hot & new list, it didn't disappoint. Would recommend. Worth the try! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
