I had read the reviews before coming to the restaurant, so I was nervous about what kind of service I would get, but it turned out to be the complete opposite of the reviews, with the best customer service and the best food! As per the reviews, there are two people running the kitchen, and the young man handles all the customers at the counter by himself, working quickly and efficiently.When the food arrives, he hands it to me with a smile, and the customer service is above and beyond what I expected. Everything was fine. My father was in charge of cooking, and the food was absolutely delicious! I was very impressed by the way the two of them saw me off with smiles on their way home. Some past reviews have said that if you enter the restaurant at the last minute, you will be refused, but I imagine that your father has bad legs and it is difficult for him to stand in the kitchen for long periods of time, so he may be turned down depending on his physical condition. I had a good experience that taught me not to make decisions based on reviews alone. I hope that there will be more good reviews in the future, and that this review will reach the two people at Funo.
