Great Asian option. A friend and I made our first visits to Fusion during a Thursday lunch hour. At that time, they were parked at Garmin on Turner Rd, but of course you'll want to check their Facebook page for current locations. We both ordered the Vietnamese Sandwich (aha "Banh Mi"). You may not have seen many Asian sandwiches, but the 20th century French occupation of Vietnam left behind a bread-making tradition and the Banh Mi is a result. Fusion's version includes Pate, fish sausage, and seasoned pork, topped with cucumber, cilantro, carrot, pickled dikon and, optionally, jalapeno slices. They also provide a soy sauce packet but given the host of other flavors, I did not use mine. I liked it - the right balance of meats, vegetables and moistness. The bread is good quality. We enjoyed talking with the hosts as they were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely return as the noodle bowl and spring rolls look promising.
