Great spot. Booked a table here with friends in early winter and had a wonderful dinner. The service was very pleasant and non-intrusive. It was actually my first time visiting this kind of contemporary restaurant, and I really enjoyed the laid-back vibe and the quiet underground hip-hop playlist. The food is inventive, the wine is solid, and the complimentary dessert from the chef at the end was a great touch. Definitely coming back on my next trip to Rome. Had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the cuisine felt well thought-out, and the service was attentive and professional without being intrusive. A special mention to the kiwi tartlet — it was absolutely amazing and honestly one of the best desserts I’ve had in a while. Definitely a place worth visiting. Would happily come back again! Price per person: €50–60

Futura Ristorante is an oasis in the middle of classic and antique Rome. I was on my way to the Vatican City, planning to have a carbonara in a traditional trattoria, when I unexpectedly found this place. Deciding to try it was one of the best choices I made in Rome. The tagliolino al curry rosso e susine fermentate was a beautiful combination of tradition and creativity: the pasta had a perfect al dente texture, the curry was subtle and slightly sweet, and the fermented plums added a delicate acidity and lightness that transformed the dish. It felt like a plate where Italy trades with Asia, striking an equilibrium between cultures. The balance of flavors was precise, though I would have preferred a touch more depth—yet that is a matter of personal taste rather than execution. The Barbera d’Asti served alongside was an excellent pairing: light, with vivid red-fruit aromas, cutting through the richness of the sauce and aligning perfectly with the acidity of the fermented plums. Everything worked together, like a well-calibrated model where each variable finds its role. By the end of the meal, they offered me a complimentary tiramisù, which was not only a gesture of kindness but also a revelation. It was the best tiramisù I have ever had in my life: perfectly balanced, rich but not overly sweet, harmonious in every layer. A flawless 10/10. Futura is not just a restaurant—it is a narrative of balance, innovation, and hospitality. I will certainly return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €40–50
