I have just arrived in my room, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with my experience so far. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. However, the room itself is not clean, which is very disappointing. The chair is covered with bread crumbs, and the walls are visibly dirty. These are basic cleanliness issues that I did not expect. In addition, we booked the room for four guests, but only two towels were provided. I was really expecting a much higher standard, and at the moment I’m concerned about staying here for the next three days. Service: 1

We had stayed at Future Inn this weekend. Since there is balloon fiesta this weekend, Bristol is busy. Our rooms were super clean, and were very spacious They had even kept water vending machine which was so blissful and in hot weather. AC of room was very effective Cabot circus is just across the road so multiple options to eat etc too. Even parking is included in stay which is another positive. To inprove upon, staff at reception should have some basic knowledge about balloon fiesta. They were seeming clueless when I asked in morning at 5:30, where can I go for viewing. I was being suggested cabot tower which doesn’t even open until 8. It’s good to Basic information for tourists. Service: 5

I only stayed for one night as our flight was from Bristol Airport the following day, and the location was very convenient for this purpose. The accommodation was really good, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The food and service were also very good. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was a lovely way to start the day. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it. Service: 5
