This, is the BEST fish I have ever purchased. The Sea Scallops are the sweetest, the Halibut is simply fabulous, the Haddock is delicious and the variety of sea salads and offerings is wonderful. It may be more expensive than the grocery store (This isn't frozen then thawed for retail - it's fresh) but the quality is far superior and if you know and love fish, you understand freshness is the key.
Sebastian is a supremely knowledgeable fishmonger and an absolute delight - always greeting you with a smile. He will remember your name after one meeting and if you stop and listen, his stories as a boy in Italy are priceless. We are lucky to have such a fantastic local fish market!!
