I was on a week-long vacation, and found myself visiting this restaurant for most of the evenings. The prices of their seafood were reasonable (compared to the other restaurants in the vicinity) and fresh. On my first visit, the service staff greeted me warmly and showed me to an available table promptly. Food was served fast too. Loved it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I really wanted to give five stars as four out of the five dishes we ordered were phenomenal. However, the seats were cramped, the service was curt, and the steamed oyster dish we ordered was a disaster. We ordered four oysters and all of them smelled and tasted very fish. We told a waitress about it and she said “it is what it is” with BIG attitude. The experience with the oyster dish and the waitress’s response soured the whole experience. That being said, the other dishes were really good. The squid was super fresh, the green veggie was cooked just right, the half chicken was amazing, and the beef with beans was a bit too salty for me but my friends really enjoyed it. Family took me out for Father's Day dinner and had some of my favorite Cantonese dishes at Gaga Seafood restaurant in Boston China. Pea Pod Leaves and Ginger Scallion Lobster was delicious. The fried squab (have nor had this dish in decades) was very tasty and will order again (pricey but worth it). Salt and Pepper was so good, we ordered a second order after we finished the first order. Taro Duck is hard to find on menu, but we ordered it and it was very good. The asparagus steak cube dish was the only dish that we ordered that was okay. Overall a delightful dinner and highly recommend if you like Authentic Cantonese cuisine in an unpretentious setting.
