Delivery timeline is really an issue that needs to be looked into. How can someone order food at 6pm and delivery is done 2 hours later in a radius of 2kms? Make it make sense! Customer care agents also really need to know what they are saying not one person telling you one thing and another saying something totally different. Always say the truth and let the customer deal with the reality on the ground instead of lies and unwarranted attitude when called out. Galito's Two Rivers Mall Nairobi Kenya was great. We ate there for lunch. They have a wide varof optiond but we elected to go with the 1/2 chicken with fries and a coke. The meal was seasoned well and delicious. The service was slow but once we got our food we were please. the server was nice. The cleanliness and breeze on the patio was relaxing. I would recommend Galitos for lunch and dinner. They also have a variety of alcoholic and non alcohol beverages. The service was great. They have indoor and outdoor seating. This is a great place for the family, day at the mall or evening mea! Please like and subscribe for more honest reviews.
