Today, around 5:15 pm, when making the payment, I passed the card and a continent discount coupon into the employee's hand. He did what he had to do (now I remember not seeing him reading the barcode on the discount coupon) he inserted the card into the ATM terminal and I entered the data and removed the card, the invoice came out and the discount on the receipt had not been made. So far so good, to make mistakes is human. The bad came later, this gentleman kept saying that it was my fault for having removed the card from the ATM terminal and saying emphatically that after the invoice came out there was nothing to do. Execrable behavior. Firstly, it wasn't my fault, it was his because he forgot to read the discount slip before sending the invoice out and then, whoever made the mistake should have asked for help to resolve a situation that, I believe, could be resolved. At the moment, and because I was in a hurry and because I'm not one for trouble, I left, but this gentleman, if he wants to be someone in life, he shouldn't be clumsy.
