We were here with about 12 people, one of whom was Greek!! The food was ok, but the prices quoted for it were outrageous! I had the house plate, it's a shame I didn't take a photo, but many others have already done so. On my plate was a wooden skewer with 3 small pieces of meat, a medium-sized steak (Greek, not the typical steak from a German butcher) and a medium amount of gyros. The price for this little something with fries and salad was an impressive 19 euros. My Greek colleague said it was very dry and the best thing on his plate were the fries !! The tzatziki was about the size of half a scoop of ice cream. Damn, is tzatziki so expensive or what??? They should have done more with the dry meat. Drinks were also only available in certain sizes, which I don't understand. Kl. Osaft is available, kl. Not currant juice??????? The waitresses were also very unfriendly as it was a bit fuller, which I don't think is our fault. Then you just have to plan better with personnel. We definitely won't be coming back, the prices are beyond the pale for a garden club restaurant. Sorry. Prices down, nicer staff and a better chef who doesn't fry the meat to death, then it could be something, but without us. I have no idea why people come here when there are better and cheaper Greeks. All in all, a not so nice experience that we won't repeat. I'd rather stay with my Greek guy, who is more friendly, better prices and the most important thing!! tastes very good. Das Restaurant Gartenzwerg bietet Biergarten und Restaurant im Innenraum. Die Gäste bestehen aus vorbei kommenden Radfahrern oder Gästen die Essen gehen wollen. Das Restaurant Gartenzwerg hat außer dem schönen ansehen jedoch nichts gutes abzugewinnen. Das Personal ist unkoordiniert und langsam. Auf Kritik wird hochnäsig und unfreundlich reagiert. Dazu kommt, dass es ewig dauert bis man sein Essen bekommt. Preislich ist das Essen in normalen Bereich nicht wirklich teuer aber auch nicht billig. Das Essen an sich ist in Ordnung. Geschmacklich nichts besonderes oder wirklich überragend gutes. Wieso also nur einen Stern. Das Essen, Umgebung und auch der Preis können den schlechten Service nicht ausgleichen. Wenn man über 20 min auf ein Getränk und 1h für die Vorspeise ist das selbst zur Mittagszeit langsam und kein guter Service. Die Hauptspeise war 30min nach der Vorspeise noch immer nicht auf dem Tisch wohingegen bereits andere Gäste bereits bedient wurden, die durchaus später bestellt haben. Fazit: Schlechter Service macht hier eindeutig den Grund für eine schlechte Bewertung. Das Mittelmäßige Essen und die Preise können dies auch nicht ausgleichen. Auf Kritik wird nicht eingegangen was sehr enttäuschend ist. Die Überheblichkeit und kritikunfähig zeigt dass es kein Interesse gibt die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erfühlen.
