I frequent here with my 3 young kids. Always order double scoop chocolate cones. Usually always very generous servings and well worth the money, always friendly patient staff and clean tables . Today we went for our fortnightly ice creams to be served very tiny scoops. I did ask the worker and let her know this isnt what we would usually receive id say about 1/2 of the normal size scoop. I paid for the one cone id asked for and left without cones for everyone. Usually 5 cones. Im very disappointed and believe there is a training error here. Would love to see this corrected before our next visit.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Tarryn. It’s wonderful to hear that you and your kids enjoy the chocolate cones and appreciate our friendly service. We understand how disappointing it can be when expectations aren’t met, especially when you’re looking forward to those generous servings. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back soon for a delightful treat!

Excellent customer service, especially from Hunter. She was incredibly kind and still took care of my friend and I even though we arrived just a minute before closing. Special thanks to Hunter for being so welcoming and accommodating!

From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by the most friendly and attentive staff I have encountered in a while. Their warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm created a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. They went above and beyond to make our visit memorable, particularly with their interactions with our young child. The gelato selection is truly fantastic. The array of flavors available was a delight to see. Every scoop was massive as well, they don't skimp. But what truly set this Gelatissimo apart was the exceptional staff. They took the time to engage with our child, making him smile and laugh throughout our visit. It's not often that you come across such genuine warmth and care, and it made our experience truly special. Their knowledge and passion for gelato were evident, as they happily offered recommendations and let us sample different flavors before making our choices. The seating area was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy spot for us to enjoy our gelato. We appreciated the attention to detail in the store's ambiance, which added to the overall pleasant experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Gelatissimo Orion Springfield to anyone seeking an unforgettable gelato experience. Trust me; you won't be disappointed.
