Great steak, excellent service, and very accommodating! We didn't have a reservation but decided to drop by George Restaurant for dinner. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodated us without any issues. The steak was the highlight of the night—perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Combined with the fast, attentive service, it made for a great dining experience. Will definitely be back! Thanks again! George Restaurant is a perfectly fine place to eat — comfortable enough, food is acceptable, and it does the job if you are in the Kume area looking for somewhere to sit down. That said, nothing here will particularly surprise or excite you. It is the kind of restaurant you would not go out of your way for, but would not regret if you happened to end up there. The real highlight? The hostess. She is exceptionally kind — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming in a way that lifts the whole experience. She also has the most wonderfully distinctive voice, which made the whole interaction quite charming and memorable. In a restaurant where the food plays it safe, the hospitality more than picks up the slack. Bottom line: George Restaurant is a pleasant but unremarkable stop in Kume, Naha. The food is decent without being exciting, but the hostess — with her genuine warmth and unforgettable voice — makes it a more enjoyable experience than the menu alone might suggest. Worth a visit if you are nearby; just go in without high expectations on the food front. Great tacos and friendly, attentive service. Flavors were fresh and well balanced. The space is pretty small and fills up fast, so it felt a bit rushed with people waiting for tables.
