Every time I have gone to George Town, the staff and regular customers have been open and friendly to me (I'm American). Everyone seems happy to have a conversation about anything at all. Went for some live DJ music last night, and all drinks were just 600 Yen, and there was no cover charge! I was enjoying myself so much, I missed the last train. Then, the owner and staff/guest DJ made sure to order me a cab to take me home. I really highly recommend George Town for a casual night out, a place to go for a nijikai, or just to chill and listen to music. Smoking is still allowed here, too, so that's a plus for cigar smokers like me. Cheers! Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
