Hi, in regards to the phone, it’s seems that there’s a slight connection delay so the first few seconds of answering our voice doesn’t go through. None of our employees answers with just “hi” The girl answering the phone said “hello, …Hi, in regards to the phone, it’s seems that there’s a slight connection delay so the first few seconds of answering our voice doesn’t go through. None of our employees answers with just “hi” The girl answering the phone said “hello, George’s china kitchen” but clearly it didn’t go through as you replied with “hello?” and she replied with “hi” to confirm you can hear her and in regards to the wait time, it gets busy and we have to time all of our orders so we can get all orders done on time. Orders come in faster than we can push them out that is why our wait times get pushed back. We can only push out x amount of orders in a certain time and we have to compensate for some orders being rather big. If we just kept taking orders and disregarded time, that would result in many orders being late and also end up with lots of unhappy customers. We run a small restaurant with a small team and try our best to keep up with demand. I hope you understand and have a nice day.More
