These are probably the best Fish & Chips in the UK! Having traveled around the UK for the past 4 weeks, these are without any doubt, in my opinion, the very best fish & chips the family and I have tasted. From the welcoming staff to being able to sit down and eat the delicious food, the customer experience and value for money was excellent. I ordered a lot of food for sure - a large Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas, a home-made (from scratch) Fish Cake, Curry Sauce (two types - Spicy & Fruity), and a Halloumi Cheese Fritter. They also have a big selection of soft drinks and I chose a cold sparkling Vimto. The batter on the fish, Haloumi cheese and fish cake was the best I have tasted; very light and crispy (like tempura). Needless to say, I was extremely full and satisfied by the end of eating all the tasty food. I would highly recommend Georgio's as the best Fish & Chips on the Wirral, and if you don't have time to drive over to their location in Claughton Village, then they also have online ordering via their app for fast delivery (or you can self pick-up). Five Stars definitely! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This takeaway has always been excellent, but now they've moved premises next door and added more choices on the menu, it's even better. You still can't beat the fish & chips though! I wish it stayed open for longer in the evening.

I agree with other person its gone down the pan, this started of amazing but the fish are small for the price of large.
I have noticed when you order two fish they give one big one and one small fish its very expensive for such a small portion of fish.
