Wow! First, I have to say this wasn’t Georgio’s fault at all—it was an Uber Eats issue. They somehow failed to deliver part of our order, including the only item I could actually eat. I called the restaurant, and the manager immediately made it right. Instead of blaming Uber Eats, they sent one of their own employees to personally deliver my garlic knots. That level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. Absolutely exceptional! The foodWOW!! Everything was so flavorful and absolutely delicious! Everyone loved their meals, and once my garlic knots finally arrivedOMG! They were hands down the BEST garlic knots I’ve ever had. Worth the wait! The Greek salad was also a huge hit—fresh, flavorful, and delicious. We’ll definitely be ordering from Georgio’s again. My only suggestion? Ditch Uber Eats! The restaurant deserves so much better than the delivery experience they provide. A huge thank you to the manager for going above and beyond to make sure I received the only thing I could eat. You can immediately taste the quality of the premium, top-notch ingredients—the tomato sauce is vibrant and fresh, and the cheese stretches perfectly. The star of the show is the crusted undercarriage. It is a masterclass in healthy dough, balancing a light, airy crispness with a satisfying chew that leaves you feeling completely satisfied rather than heavy and bloated.
