2025 German Fest was a disappointment. We go to hear the music and to dance on the wooden floor provided by the festival. Usually there is a security person at the entrance to the dance floor making sure no drinks are brought onto the floor for the safety of all. 2025's festival did not have that security person. So therefore the dance floor was covered in slippery beer where people could fall and get hurt. Not to mention the children who were allowed to run free unattended by parents. The elderly who love to polka were afraid to be on the dance floor for those reasons. The children were in danger also because dancers do not always see the small children who dart so quickly around the dance floor.
