There were 3 of us and we had ordered the Royal menu, from start to finish it was a fantastic experience to experience the whole atmosphere in the restaurant, the waiters' high knowledge and their professional way of serving us guests, the food was sublime and super delicious, champagnes and wines were exquisite and last but not least, their signature dish with potato, caviar and browned butter foam is not to be missed, it tastes simply amazing but it actually made it all that night Definitely worth a visit, I will definitely be back again Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There are some guys at the Michelin guide who snore when they haven't given Ghrelin a star yet. Because Ghrelin deserves it. It is fine dining at the absolute top, but with a unique relaxed atmosphere with the staff and the atmosphere is very much marked by the staff's empathy for their guests. We were serviced primarily by their, we found out, student. If it is the level of a serving student, then Ghrelin has a world star in service. Each dish was well thought out and had to be able to stand on its own. We noticed, with great pleasure, that textures really matter at Ghrelin. We have previously experienced, at restaurants with the like. level, that good flavors can become a bit "soft in soft" and Ghrelin knows how to navigate around this with dishes that don't just taste good, but also incorporate the textures in the experience.
