Bulalo soup was too salty, meat had a bad smell..pale color. Never again!! Servers were accommodating but needing customer service training.. the bowls for the soup were yellowish in color, stained..complained to the crew about the bowls and so they obliged to give a new one..kaya naman pala mag lagay ng malilinis na bowls..bakit Di ginawa at the start. The tables were sticky, my wife’s bag napadikit sa table, no exaggeration. Very bad experience overall. Will never come back nor will I recommend. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Food was great — we especially loved the sinigang. Unfortunately, the service took away from the experience. It was a bit difficult to tell who among the staff we could approach, and the overall service felt cold and unwelcoming. We had a hard time getting anyone’s attention and even had to go to the counter ourselves just to place our order. No one greeted us when we arrived, our table was sticky, and a guy at the door was on his phone as we leave, which also added to the disappointment. The service made the experience feel like we dined at an expensive karinderia. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱2,000–2,500 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Great abot-kaya dinner at Giligan's Tagaytay! Food was tasty, generous, and sulit for the price. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended for budget-friendly dining. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
