There aren't many Korean restaurants here, so I was a bit reluctant to try this place, but I had the kimbab here and was pleasantly surprised — very authentic and tasty. I ordered the original and watched the guy stumble as he laid out the ingredients. I wondered how he was going to pull off a decent roll, but then he put it in a machine that laid down a perfect thin layer of rice and wrapped it flawlessly. The taste took me right back to Korea. My only concern is that this place might be too authentic for the area. It's a kimbab spot where you cook your own noodles in machines — a viral TikTok trend right now, but probably not on most midwesterners' radar. There's a Panda Express next door, which is likely the most Asian thing people around here are familiar with. In a coastal city this would thrive, but here I worry it might not match local tastes, where eating on volume tends to win out. I wish them the best. I'll keep coming back and recommend it to anyone who'll listen. It's good and it's legit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Always liked Korean food. This is an easy place to taste the Korean style ‘fast food’. Everything is ready to pick such as poke bowl. The wrap has perfect portion of protein, veg and rice. I picked the bulgugi cupbap that tastes solid. Cost is reasonable too. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've tried few times before writing this review. Very happy to see more Asian restaurants in Mason! I didn't like it the first time as the filling in my gimbap was cold (like in your typical salad bar). However, the following times were much better. Gimbaps are mostly great, except for the grilled chicken one, which tasted like bland boiled actually. Ttebokki was the best one! They are fast and friendly. A good option for lunch or quick snack.
