After a few years away, I returned to find the quality here is still consistently high. The food is delicious, the restaurant is visibly clean, and the pricing is reasonable. Furthermore, their customer service far exceeds that of a typical teriyaki place. It is incredibly refreshing to experience such genuinely welcoming and bias-free service, especially when so many Teriyaki restaurants are notorious for treating customers differently. Overall, I highly recommend them—and hope they expand to South Seattle soon! Meal type: Dinner Recommended dishes: Teriyaki Chicken, Beef

I expected more based on previous reviews. I had the tofu stir fry, as it was one of the few gluten-free options. Server said they used gluten-free soy sauce in the kitchen for it, but did not have any available for customer use. I am not confident it was actually gluten-free and would not recommend eating here if you are celiac - cross-contamination is almost certainly a thing. No soup was offered. Partner had katsu and teriyaki, which he said was quite tasty, and the server was friendly; good portions for the price and speedy delivery. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Teriyaki Chicken, Chicken Katsu Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options are minimal; no tamari available and cross-contamination is definitely a thing.

Love this place. I went in and the serve was A+. The person that took my order was very patient, friendly, and professional. Great customer service skills. The food was excellent! I definitely will be going back to Wild Ginger Teriyaki for lunch. Also just wanted to add...fast service (BONUS!). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
