If I want to go to a local hookah place, I don't think twice before choosing Gitana Restaurant. I give this place five stars because of their consistently great and friendly service. Their parking is free and right by their entrance. They have a one-drink minimum which is common in many places, but what's nice is that their place is spacious, open and most importantly: CLEAN. I enjoy sitting in their patio area with their heaters in case it gets cold. It's in a nice area with restaurants and coffee shops nearby, but there's no need for that because they serve some amazing food and drinks (including alcohol). I've gotten their iced coffee drinks, and just to warn you, they're sweet! They brew Starbucks for those wondering. Their food is pretty good. If you like tangy, savory salads, get the Fatoush salad--like right now (see pics). Their mozzarella fries and jalapeno poppers are delicious too. We couldn't finish our food, so you're definitely getting a bang for your buck. I was very close in rating this place four stars because of their hookah. It's happened often where the tobacco burns too soon and it's simply not the best pack, but they're always willing to help if you ask and that's not enough of a reason to give them 4 stars.
