Had an awful experience, We hadn't been there in awhile and will not go back. Server saw we were there with twins ages 2. We git there early 11:05 we ordered 2 hot dog from children menu and 2 hamburger from the main menu. Drink for all. At 12:00pm we got our food. The server was new and said around 11:45 that she had put our order in wrong or something about not knowing how to put it in. But we got there first ordered simple food and people who came after us were served and left before were got food. Maybe it would have been okay if we were only adults but trying to keep 2 year old at a table and entertained was hard work. She git a small tip for her finally bring food but we had to talk it to go buy that time. Management is at fault for this please train your staff better. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I am new to the area, and have been to other Glory Days grills. I am a huge fan of the food at this restaurant, and it bothers me to say that I was completely unhappy with my experience at this location in Winchester. My husband and I were going to grab a drink at the bar and possibly order some food. A server walked up introduced herself as Tammy, another as Haley I believe. Not quite sure on the names. I myself own a restaurant and I'm very upset with what I saw. I had to WAIT until the bartenders decided to get off of the cellphones to come greet us! I also watched them gossip the entire time and exemplify rude actions towards other employees. What bothered me the most is just how rude and the lack of concern these bartenders had. We will not return, I hope it gets better. And also the group of young boys sitting near us at the bar DEFINITELY did not look the age of 21. They need to take their job more seriously.
