I’ve been gluten free for 14 years now and this cute little place was heaven for me! So many gluten free options. I got the giant cookie, edible cookie dough, loaf of bread, and some other things! It’s hard to find gluten free bakery’s so I’m so glad I stumbled upon them! Highly recommend if you are gluten free! They are absolutely incredible! They went out of there way to satisfy their customers. One of the best bakery in town. 100% satisfied. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Some recent health issues have forced me to drastically change my diet. Came into Gluten Free Things, Inc. and was pleasantly surprised to see that they not only have gluten free items, but dairy, egg, soy, corn, and nut! The owner was kind and patient and showed a lot of passion for his product. Tonight, I made my first gluten free pizza with his crust, and I was not disappointed, one bit!

Hey Samantha, So happy to hear you've discovered Gluten Free Things. We are most thankful for your kind 5 star review and remarks. The pizza crusts are really awesome for quickie snacks or more elaborate meals. I have removed from freezer, preheat oven to 350 and place the crust on the rack. Then start getting all my toppings organized and chopped. within 5 minutes or so the pizza crust is pretty much ready to top and then broil or bake depending on how you like the crust. I love em.
