I had dinner here many times for the last several years. I like their food qualities and quantities which are always high to me, my family and my friends. The staff’s hospitality is always good with friendly smiles and helpful attitude. I enjoy the environment as well although the restaurant is not big but it is spacious between tables that customers in each tables maintain our own comfortable space. I highly recommend people to enjoy the food, environment and good service here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$250–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A True Taste of Britain Since returning from the UK, I’ve been hunting for authentic fish and chips. After trying many disappointing versions, I’ve finally found a place that genuinely rivals the best I enjoyed in Britain. The batter is perfectly crisp and light, wrapping fresh, flaky cod that’s moist and never greasy. The thick-cut chips are golden on the outside and fluffy inside — ideal with a generous sprinkle of salt and sharp malt vinegar. Everything is cooked to order, arrives piping hot, and the portions are spot-on. One bite instantly transported me back to those seaside evenings in Brighton or Blackpool. If you miss real British fish and chips, this is the place. Highly recommended — five stars! I’ll definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We ordered the 10-12 persons set from Gotthardbase's Party Menu in early Jan for a kids birthday party (18 persons with 5 pre-school kids). The restaurant was kind enough to agree to deliver earlier to meet our party schedule and tailor the free drinks to something more kids friendly. The food arrived on time and was still hot (this is very important for me). Everyone had great things to say about the food. The lamb rack was especially popular. I ordered 2 carb dishes, but looking book, even 1 carb dish would have been sufficient . If possible, it would be even better if there were more dish options on the menu (like mussels and clams etc). Would definitely recommend them for party food - very good value for this price! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $150–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
