This was always the place to go for a proper Donner kebab, but recently i think its gone massively down hill, the Quality mot there no more and prices have increased. Shame. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The ma with a long beard is absolutely terrible person, I tried ordering food and wanted time to think of what I want he kept saying hurry up I don’t have time. And the rudeness and the disrespect that he has is unbelievable. The food is disgusting and unhygienic some of it wasn’t even cooked properly. I would never RECOMMEND this place to any one. Disappointing Experience The standards at Godfathers seem to have dropped a lot. The place looked dirty, and I noticed poor hygiene practices while food was being prepared. Staff were handling salad and naan bread with bare hands, without gloves, and I did not see proper head or beard covers being used. This is worrying in a food business, and the hygiene standards should be checked. The quality of the food is also not what it used to be. The pizzas now taste cheap, doughy, and made with processed ingredients. The donner sauce also does not taste the same as before. Customer service was disappointing as well. Staff were rude, and when concerns were raised, they were not handled properly or professionally. Overall, the cleanliness, hygiene, food quality, and customer service have all declined. I would not recommend this place unless serious improvements are made. If anyone from a food hygiene inspection agency or local hygiene authority sees this, please help the community by checking this place and helping them return to proper hygiene standards. This is not just about complaining. It is about food safety and protecting customers. The business needs guidance, proper checks, and hygiene training for staff, especially around food handling, cleanliness, gloves, head covers, beard covers, and general kitchen standards. This place used to be much better, and I hope with the right support and proper hygiene courses, it can improve again for the community. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
