ordered the chicken toastie, had old soft chicken schnitzel on it. I knew it wasn’t an amazing toastie at the beginning because it barely had any chicken. The chicken in the middle was dry and tough like jerky and when I showed the waiter (long haired man) he told me I’m wrong it’s fine, then said I shouldn’t have eaten so much of it if it was so dry and bad. Offered me a refund, then decided it was only worth half a refund because I ate nearly half of it, whilst still telling me I should have checked my food first and known first bite, not waited mid meal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
