Almost $30 for this? No crab rangoons or egg roll. I'll just go to China One and get really good portions and great food. Price per person: $10–20

It is rare in 2026 that a restaurant can consistently exceed your expectations in every aspect. We have been frequenting take out from this place for over two years. Golden wok is timely, consistent, delicious, fresh, and worth the value. The service is always top notch. The food is always ready on time. The packaging is done with care. I was really disappointed after seeing the pics of food and talking with the owner to what I actually got. I ordered house special shrimp Mei fun and I didn't have 1 shrimp..I had a sliver of pork. My boyfriend had 2 slivers of chicken and 1 shrimp. I said no spice..it was spicy and the fried rice was awful. It was not what I was told would be in there. I just am disappointed because it's really hard to find Chinese food that is good in rochester. Not trying to be negative but just sucks and it was very expensive for what I ordered and received Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Thank you for your review. However, we believe you may have the wrong restaurant. At Golden Wok, we do not sell any combo that pairs Mei Fun with Fried Rice. Furthermore, our records show only one pre-ordered Mei Fun today, which was prepared with a full portion of shrimp and meats. Please double-check your receipt or the restaurant’s name, as the meal you described is not something we serve. Thank you!
