I went through drive through Friday around 1 and first of all, my food was absolutely disgusting it is going downhill. On top of it, my food was completely wrong. While I was asking if I could get the right food, the older woman with the glasses was being very rude to me. But also, while waiting for my food, I heard her yelling at her coworkers, which it’s very unprofessional. Needs to be better or needs a new manager. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Whether this is slanderous or not I really don’t care. I didn’t have time to record the whole transaction just parts of it because I had to take my headphones out, but the fact that Deb had the whole day to call and tell me not to show up to the business and made me waste my gas and my time is completely behoving to me. Posting what I have on social media platforms.

I ordered the drive through. The total for 2 combos was nearly $50. Before they charged my card I told them that didn't seem correct. Which it was not. They told the manager. To remove the other Meals before they prepared the food. Then they still charged me the full amount. The manager on duty was very incompetent. He said he still charged your card the full amount but the difference should fall of in an hour or 2. I am not sure where that would ever be possible. I said what if it doesn't fall off. Which it still hasn't. He said you can just stop by. I live 45 minutes away. He said you can call tomorrow the GM will be here. I have called 3 times and it just rings with no voicemail. I tried the contact us page and no luck there either. This is just a wierd and shady situation. I will contact my bank for unauthorized charges. Someone needs to reach out to me before 5pm today. And get the employees properly trained. SMH. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
