I think Gotec is very unique place in summer, I won't lie that in winter it literally sucks!! Buying some heater or cover the queue for boiler shouldn't be so expensive. I love this place but anytime I come here I end up sick following days because of waiting sweaty in icy cold. I have been there many times and I didn't see any bad attitude by the employees. Especially security people are kind even though comments here say opposite. Bad experience design but nice atmosphere. You need to wait for some time in icy cold weather with no heater to enter the boiler. Let's say you entered already, everything is well until you need to go to toilet. After going to toilet, you need to wait in the queue again. Imagine raving for a while getting so sweaty as boiler is really hot, but then you have to wait for around 1 hour to enter the boiler again. Some stpd people just running to the front but no one is stopping them then everyone got stressed. Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Last weekend I bought a ticket for the upcoming event and was extremely disappointed. A description of what happened: 00:00 a.m. - Arrival + finding a parking space (the whole area was parked) 01:00 a.m. - Passed entry control and now hand over jackets to the cloakroom + queue for the room where the main actors are playing 1:27 a.m. - finally able to enter the room 2:05 a.m. - short toilet break (i.e. leave the room and go into the cold without a jacket) From 2:18 a.m. - queuing again for the room (It was minus degrees, there were no working patio heaters, we waited for 2 hours without a jacket at the beginning, then took it out of the cloakroom and returned it after another few hours of waiting. That means: Not only that you have to pay for the cloakroom a second time had to, since there was only the option of using a locker, it was twice as expensive) In the meantime, a lot of people pushed past the queue just to get in front of the queue. 2/3 of the guests present stood in front of the room in the cold than would have fit into the room) 4:30 a.m. - standing in line just 2 meters from the entrance, only to be seen from the front (the security who pushed people back into the line) and the back (people who were standing in line and didn't make room for anyone) to be squeezed Finally arrived at the music room at 4:45 a.m. By standing pressed against other people (no space and no adequate ventilation!) you can request at least a movement area of 70 cm. That was a maximum of 40 cm per person that was left to move around. We started our journey home at 7 a.m. after the effects of waiting in the cold didn't get any better (immediately I got a sore throat and a bladder infection). I hereby kindly ask you to change something in your management and suggest the following: - Only sell as many tickets as the room has space for, in order to save guests a wait of several hours. Or expand the premises to make the music accessible to all guests. Due to its design, the building already offers a good opportunity for a simple extension without major/expensive renovation work (connecting the building with 2 walls + 1 roof = done) -Set up barrier ropes for queues. This means there is no/less crowding while waiting and in the last 2 meters. - offer more options for storing jackets -more options to make your stay more pleasant in sub-zero temperatures -Better management in general so as not to annoy the guests so much. I hope things get better as soon as possible otherwise I feel obliged to advise other potential guests not to visit their premises.
