Your McDonald’s in penfield is the worst one I have ever been too. 3 different managers in 2 different occurrences were rude and disrespectful. I will not be visiting this franchise again. In fact, I will not be visiting any McDonald’s franchise again. I haven’t gone to A mcdonalds in the past year and something was 100% correct. Every single time, something was wrong or completely not there. Where is the customer service anymore? Has this $15 minimum wage gotten to their heads who run these places? McDonald’s is not supposed to be a career, but who am I?
