I went there today and I did not like the customer service nor the food the food I received it seemed like it was made last night because it was not fresh. It was not hot. The rice was flavorless. It was hard. The jerk chicken was cold and it was nasty. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I’m not happy with the food that I receive. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

On DoorDash & Uber Eats the only option they had for drinks is water, so I called to see if they had other options… they did. I asked the lady who picked up if they had Sprite & if I could substitute my water for a sprite in which she responded “we do, but there’s nothing I can do on my end to help you.” In which I responded “alright” and she just hung up in my face. Hopefully the owner reads this and hires someone to pick up the phone who cares to have repeat customers, & has even an ounce of enthusiasm. Won’t order from here again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner

Tonight I decided to give Gourmet Kitchen another try. My previous experience when they first opened 2 years ago was ok. I Ordered on line. Was told my order would be ready for pick up at 6:38. When I arrived at 6:40 I was informed that I had to wait 10 minutes because they didn't have the ingredients to make a house salad! The guy lied and said he sent a message so that we could choose something else. We never got a message. So they decided to make a Caesar. I asked for drinks to cover the difference so that I wouldn't have to wait for the salad to be prepared. They were $3.30 each! After I got the drinks I was expecting to leave but my food was actually not ready! I got my food at 6:52. When I got home and opened my food I was very disappointed! My small container of rice and peas with 3 sweet plantains on top. Another small container of dry and bland griot! I hadn't eaten all day and was just to tired to bother. I had been there before when they first opened and they were ok. I just tried it again because my son suggested it. Never again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
