Absolutely amazing experience at Gourmology in Lynbrook! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The food was beyond delicious, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with so much care and creativity. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The owners and staff truly make you feel like family and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. You can genuinely feel the passion they have for their food and business. Whether you’re dining in, ordering takeout, or using their catering services, Gourmology is definitely a hidden gem on Long Island. Highly recommend the drunken eggplant, honey chicken strips, and their fresh homemade juices! Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu. Gourmology is an absolute delight! I stopped in for brunch today (a Sunday), and they had a lit DJ who was playing nothing but bangers. (Apparently the DJ is there every Sunday from 11-3.) Our server was Sammy (we think he may have also been the owner), and he was super welcoming, very friendly and a great vibe. We ordered a few different things amongst the three of us and everything was flavorful and delicious and basically cooked to perfection. We shared the Oreo waffles and their jerk chicken empanadas, which we all loved. The empanadas came with this really good green sauce. I had the Hawaiian steak and eggs. The steak had a really good pineapple-y flavor and overall cooked really well. I really loved this place, and if I lived in the area, I would definitely be a frequent customer. ::Party Catering:: Yummy!!! Had a small family gathering at home for my son's birthday last week and wanted some exciting food choices for our guests. I remembered an appetizing Instagram post of theirs, highlighting their catered food- and let me tell you... It exceeded all expectations. Not only was it a breeze to order with them on IG, but it was ready on time and portions were sooo generous. Really glad I didn't have to worry so much on the food and could focus on enjoying my kid's birthday party. We ordered trays of: Street corn Mini Beef Empanadas with chipotle aioli Chicken Chimichurri Guests could not stop talking about the Empanadas (with the sauce) and kept going back for more servings - tray was empty by the end of the night! Street corn was a fantastic side to the juicy flavorful chicken chimichurri and a big hit with the kiddos. Everything together, paired beautifully. If you're like me and want to soak in more meaningful moments at your party vs. stressfully meal prepping EVERYTHING, then you should give Gourmology a call and they'll take care of that for you. Will be using them again! (and don't sleep on the empanadas) Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
