На мой взгляд очень запутано расположение коридоров и всяких переходов. Первые два дня не получалось сразу выйти на рецепшен,приходилось бродить по коридорам.

Самый лучший отель!!!Особенно номера на 3 этаже + кофемашина в номере!!! Рекомендую

My recent stay at the Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam was far from the 5-star experience I expected. Upon arriving after a long journey, my friend and I were met with an unexpected room arrangement—instead of the two single beds we'd reserved, we found one double bed. We were astonished when the hotel staff suggested we address this discrepancy ourselves, as no immediate help was available. That night, I ended up sleeping on a bare mattress with only a duvet for cover, provided by a well-meaning but unprepared security personnel. By the time we'd attempted to rectify the situation, it was 3AM. The mishaps continued with an overcharge on the city tax. We were initially charged around 190 euros, which upon our insistence was "clarified" to be around 60 euros. Yet, during checkout, we faced confusion again and, under time pressure, ended up paying 132.89 euros. The repeated inconsistencies and lack of communication were deeply frustrating, especially when having to wait nearly 45 minutes for this “clarification” as our flight time was drawing nearer. To further our disappointment, a basic request for water was met with an unprofessional attitude, and our room was left unattended by housekeeping for the majority of our stay. Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam, it's imperative you recognize that this experience severely tarnished our Amsterdam visit. I hope that no other travelers experience such glaring inadequacies, especially from a hotel claiming a 5-star status. This was an unsettling experience, to say the least, and it's one I'm eager to share with fellow travelers for their caution. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3
