Pésima atención y empatía con los clientes. Me dejé un paquete encima de la mesa y tras varios intentos de contactar por teléfono, whatsapp e Instagram, me personé en el local. Pregunté psi habían encontrado un paquete, me dicen que sí, pero que lo han tirado a la basura. Me parece increíble que si los camareros encuentran algo no lo guarden para que el cliente pueda recuperarlo. ¡Lamentable!

She repeats the same process and again politely ask her to please repeat the coffee for me, she again replies, I am hallucinated... with less patience and less desire each time she tells her partner to make it for me, telling me "Luckily not all clients are like you." Overall the thing has been that the woman has not received a course on how to make a good coffee and that the rubber in the coffee maker is not working well "the company's fault for not pressuring the coffee salesperson to come fix it until Thursday (2 days more). I understand that anyone can have a bad day, but the client must never be disrespected, not because he is the one who pays, but because he is a person who is the same as us, not doing what we do not like to be done. On the part of the other two companions a very cordial and polite treatment!

We were there on Saturday afternoon and I don't recommend it, they took forever to bring us what we ordered, very poorly organized, they brought us the bill before the snack.
