Your daughter ordered a ham and swiss with cheddar instead of swiss and no other modifications. We made the sandwich exactly the way she ordered it. She then called and said she didn't know there were condiments and such on the sandwich even after reading the menu in the lobby. She apologized and said it was her fault and asked if we could remake the sandwich. We said we could but we would have to charge her. I do apologize if you thought it was rude, but we did make you exactly what you ordered and when your daughter called, we did offer to remake the sandwich for her. Please don't say things that are not true just because you ordered something wrong. We didn't refuse to remake your sandwich. Again, we are sorry that you had a bad day and hope to see you again.
