Human SECRETION in greggs cafe/restaurant. Appalling. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if it were possible I would give 0. Went in there on the 22nd November at about 5.30. We ordered food and drink. We sat down and a customer was the one that told us that the area we was in was 'closed off ' because there was human SECRETION on the floor with a chair over the top of it. We reported it to a younger male staff member who said they couldn't do anything about it and they were having someone in to remove it. I told him well you havent sectioned it off very well because we just sat down there in the area. We asked Tracy who seemed to be the manager for a full refund immediately and said this wasn't good enough to which she replied 'sorry about this there's not alot I can do as my staff are refusing to clear it up and I've got the ques' like this was acceptable and the quote about getting someone in to do it was clearly a lie they were just too lazy and thought it was beneath them to clean it up. She asked one of her staff members that one of them need to clean it up as customers were asking for refunds and leaving, to which he replied infront of customers 'well I dont think thats quite right is it' what a disgusting attitude for them to have. I will not be going back to greggs. Absoulutly appalling. Later on as I walked by, Tracey was on her hands and knees picking up the human secretion in her uniform and apron!!! Which to my knowledge she didn't then change once she went back behind the counter. How disgusting can it get? There were young families with babies entering as they continued to serve food and drink. Appalling. And yes I do have photos. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I come in with my friend and this blonde woman was scratching her head while serving and the pizza was cold what a disgrace
