The Food was really great. I went back the next day and invite others to check it out. Its under new leadership. The old leadership was great and more friendly, but the food is awesome!

The first time I tried it, it was great! The second time it was cooked in old grease. Then they have the nerves to have a sign that says no refunds!!! Waste of money!

Support Black Businesses they say??? Last night I placed an online delivery order to Griffin's Fish House around 9:10 p.m. After entering my credit card information I received an confirmation # and delivery time of 20-30. I waited and waited and waited....Realizing Griffin's close at 10 and my order has not been delivered nor had I been contacted by anyone. I proceeded to call after checking my account.....and Yes, I was charge but hadn't received my food. Now I'm piss because not only do you have my money, and my food, but now you're not even answering the phone. I look at the clock......it's after 10! SO you can imagine how PISS I am at this point because now, I have to find something for my family to eat. I can't rest because I'm laying on top of my phone to speak with Griffin Fish House as soon as day breaks. 11am I call and speak with a young lady that informs me the manager will not be in until 4pm. No Ma'am...that will not due....I need to speak with someone NOW! I calmly explain to her the situation and she tells me she will call the supervisor immediately and have her to call me. The next call I receive was from the same young lady asking if I wanted a Refund or my Order? She inform me that the Manager told her to call and ask me. My first question was why are you calling me and not the Manager and two why was my order not delivered? The young lady replied that the Manager told her she closed early and WAS going to call me but didn't or she didn't know why she didn't call. I shortly ended my conversation with the young lady because this was not her concern to handle plus I wanted to hear why Management did not feel I did not need an explanation of why I did not receive my food. Although I was refunded for my meal, Management has yet to contact me and Ive call twice and left messages for owner. Please be aware who you're spending your black dollars with. Appreciate those who appreciate your business because not only was this unprofessional but inconsiderate. Because not only should I have received the refund but the meal should have been FREE. That's what I hate sometimes about working with my People---Just Disrespectful!
