We went early on a Friday evening. The restaurant only had one other table. The menus were on the table. We had to go to the counter to ask for our order to be taken. We ordered a pide, mixed grill for 4 and a chicken burger. We also asked for some water and a canned drink. It took about 30 mins + for the video to arrive. It arrived with some the cold starters for the mixed grill. We also had the turkish bread and dips. This was actually very nice. Hence the one star. We then had to go to the counter ask for the drinks. We were given plastic water cooler cups. Even though the other table had glass cups. The waiter looked confused when we asked for glass cups. He eventually came over with one glass cup for a table of 5. We waiting another 45 mins for the mixed grill and burger. We had do chase the order a few times. The burger arrived. The burger bun was burnt. Showing this to waiter he did not understand the issue. We asked for another burger bun. We then moved the chicken to the new bun. The mixed grill looked nice. However the lamb chops had been over cooked and could not be cut with a knife. Even trying to bit them was a challenge. The ribs were burnt. The meat adana had a strange vinegary smell (the meat was definitely off). The chicken was nice and tasty. We had to call a different waiter to complain about the meat. He said the lamb chops are normally over cooked as customers liked it this way and they normally do not eat them like this. He just looked at us when we showed the ribs being burnt and meat adana being off. We asked for the bill. We had to chase this twice and waited 15 mins. We did get £8 off a £83 bill. Definitely not worth £83 and with the quality I would have not charged for the mixed grill. There are better places in Leicester. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking: Parked a few mins away. No dedicated parking.

Amazing food the best ever. I have noticed a lot of people coming in trying to pay £5.00 for quzi these guys don’t sell that they are a Turkish grill they sell fresh and quality food thanks guys I will be back again!! Amazing lamb shank!!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
