Really disappointed with the service, attitude and atmosphere of Grill’d Woden. I am a vegetarian, and they didn’t have any ‘beyond meat burgers’ in the store. We sat down at a table, and a few minutes later a group of teenagers entered the store and started yelling and shouting and going behind the counter to help themselves to drinks and food. This behaviour was extremely off putting and shocking. The group of teenagers proceeded to make themselves burgers and take drinks - all while yelling at each other across the restaurant. It took more than 30 minutes to be served, and we were amongst only 6 other people in the restaurant. Appalling service, extremely unprofessional. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One time after a long day I wished to have some food from Grill'd. However, when I walked in a staff member quickly ran out to the staff room in the back for no apparent reason. I gave it no thought, and proceeded to order like normal. However, shortly after ordering I was informed that they suddenly couldn't make my order, despite me politely confirming if they could given it was half an hour before closing. They then refunded me in cash, and were given $5 less than the amount that I paid. I pointed this out and received the rest. They provided no reason for it, despite the transaction occuring politely and respectfully. Both when I was refunded and raised a complaint on the website no further explanation or compensation was offered. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
