Ordered online at home arrived to the restaurant at the time it should have been ready and still had to wait an extra 20 minutes overall very slow service but the food is always delicious, if your in a rush though do not recommend grilled, from time of order to collection it was 45 minutes Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Fantastic staff and service. Food was absolutely amazing. The staff members took the time to help my family with our customised orders (we are quite fussy) and kept a professional and friendly environment. Cooper and other staff on that day were the reason I'm coming back again next time I'm in Shellharbour. Apart from the slightly smokey atmosphere, it was a perfect lunch. The person who seated us and served our food was kind and caring towards my brother who was quickly showing him his Pokemon cards he just got. The connection and professionalism seen in these staff shows the level of effort, management and effectiveness of these types of employees beyond something words could describe. The thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra step made a huge impact towards our experience eating at Grill'd. The communication skills and customer interaction techniques of staff that day had blown me away. I have previously visited a few other Grill'd locations, and one in northern Sydney I will never return to due to the disgraceful behaviour from staff after my order was forgotten, but the other day at Shellharbour I can proudly say that Grill'd has proven themselves to my highest of standards and earnt this review with the commitment of Cooper and the staff at this restaurant. Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: We have a vegetarian in our family and it is good to see vegetarian foods and other special requirement options like different types of bread rolls. Dietary restrictions: My family consists of some fussy eaters so it is good to have staff that can understand and help guide the best items of the menu to best suit everyone.

We dined there last Thursday night for my grandson's birthday. The food is ok, not great as both my husbands & my burger were fairly cold. My husband had the Hula Hen, a chicken & grilled pineapple burger. Mine was the Baa Baa, a lamb burger which would have been more enjoyable if it was at least warm! The sweet potato fries also were only warm. The atmosphere is very hectic, the staff seemed rushed. All in all, only a very mediocre meal. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Dietary restrictions: I know there is gluten free options, as one of the people with us is gluten intolerant.
