My partner and I went here for lunch yesterday and had an unpleasant experience. The moment our food arrive, the waitress went to our table and ask us “how’s everything going” but the lady didn’t even wait for a response, just turn the stick upside down and turn her back quickly before we could even say anything. The food was good, but the mocktail that they gave us doesn’t have the orange slice and mint leaves when it clearly says on the menu “serve with orange and mint leaves” that right there is very misleading advertisement. I get that we might not get the drink on how it is on picture but why put “serve with orange and mint” but forgot those 2 things. Drink is very sweet and full of ice. Then there’s this another waiter who couldn’t have waited for us to finish our food before he stock up the napkins at our table. I get that he needs to do that but our table has enough and why couldn’t he started on the empty tables first. Lastly, the same waiter earlier, went to our table the moment my partner finished his food and ask if she can clear table when clearly I’m still eating. The entire time this waitress was just circling around our table and we felt we were rushed to leave the table. Visited Grill'd Surfers Paradise yesterday and it was lovely. Home made fresh Healthy Burgers with different toppings and Chips..it was really tasty...and cooked fresh. Very friendly staff and they gave you a bottle top when you ordered to place in a Jar just on your way out by the door. They have 3 charity's that they give to....the one with the most bottle tops wins. What a lovely idea. You choose who you would like the restaurant to donate to. Healthy eating Healthy mind is one of there sayings. Worth a visit if you are in the area. I would have liked tea or coffer with my meal..but they don't serve it there. I dont drink Alcoholic drinks but Pepsi went down well with my meal.
