Had a confirmed booking that was done via email for a friends birthday. Turned up and the entire place was closed, lights turned off, the works. Nothing on the door to state why it was shut or who to contact. Just unprofessional and disappointing as there was around 10 of us who were looking forward to celebrating here. Stuck outside in the cold last minute trying to find somewhere, really not impressed.

My birthday celebration turned into a complete disaster due to the sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by the bar. Despite having a reservation for a substantial group of 10 people, I arrived promptly only to be met with a closed and locked door. The utter disregard for customer service became glaringly evident as my attempts to contact the bar through numerous phone calls and social media messages were met with an infuriating silence. The audacity of the establishment to leave me and my group waiting outside in anticipation is beyond comprehension. It's not merely the closure that riles me up; it's the sheer absence of any communication. A simple sign on the door or a courtesy email to cancel the booking would have been the bare minimum one could expect from a business supposedly catering to patrons. This lack of basic courtesy has left me highly dissatisfied and thoroughly disappointed. Celebrating a milestone should be a joyous occasion, not marred by the negligence and disrespect exhibited by this establishment. I implore others to think twice before considering this venue for any event. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
