I have the Handpresso auto, its great for outdoor, last week the safety lock stuck, I spoke to the company, Ms. Angeline was very kind and directed me how to solve the issue temporary while I’m on camping site, and she offered to repair it or to mail spare parts, the staff very welcoming on phone and cooperative, they Speaks english and i must say the machine is great in design and materials, i think the safety pin spring needs an upgrade, otherwise all perfect, I would give this company 10/10 Thanks Hanspresso for great products

Hello, I bought a handpresso barely 3 months ago, and here it is already broken, the machine is building up pressure and no coffee comes out!!!!
