Today I went to Habib's with my brother to attend my friend's birthday. It was agreed to do an esfiha rotation However, when we arrived they were complaining about the number of people and that they didn't want to put the tables together, and we were expelled from the inside to stay outside. So far so good and understandable. But when everyone settled down at the table in a somewhat complicated atmosphere due to the discussion between the employees, they informed us that at this time of the session they don't do rotation due to the high turnover, but as there were a lot of people they would make this exception. When ordering we were given very poor service, they didn't offer the all-you-can-eat option with the 300ml drink because they didn't have it, we couldn't order the 2l drink as it was only for drive thru or takeout, and we couldn't consume it inside the restaurant because " owner doesn't like it" and "complains to the employees" when this happens. To order the esfihas, they didn't give us any paper because they didn't "have any" and so we used the tissue paper to write it down, it took them a long time to serve us and they barely gave us any information when we asked (like the price of the drinks, which ones they had, etc.). And about the carvery and the drink, the esfihas were pretty terrible (it had been a while since I had eaten at Habib's and I wasn't expecting the quality of the flavor to have declined so much) and the soda came super hot (even with ice). This was the first time I had gone to eat at Habib's, and it will probably be the last because after this extremely embarrassing and humiliating experience I am even afraid to go again. I just don't understand why we weren't informed about these issues beforehand, because as soon as I walked in, my brother and I were attended to by a girl and at no point did she inform us about the unavailability of the rotation during this period.
